Due to the fact that items are hand-made, time of labor cannot be compensated within any refund situation, therefore all orders are NON-REFUNDABLE…NO EXCEPTIONS.
However, we do offer FREE alterations and repair within reason.
Once your order is placed, we will call or e-mail you an order number, along with an approximate date on when your order will be ready to ship.
Shipping is $10.00 for a shirt & saddle blanket set, $8.00 for a saddle blanket only and $6.00 for a shirt only.
Below you will find some helpful hints on caring for your new purchase,
and keeping it looking great for many years to come.
We use all Material Mylar!! NOT Foil Mylar! Besause of this, your items will be very durable and WASHABLE!!
1. For shirts, check the attached and removable care ticket on your shirt upon arrival for that shirt's particular cleaning instruction. Unless marked 'dry clean only' per a request of suede or leather, all shirts are now COLD water, hand washable in mild soapy water. Do not wring out or twist when wet. Hang to dry.
2. For Blankets, check the attached and removeable care ticket on you blanket upon arrival of that blanket's particular cleaning instruction. Unless marked 'dry clean only' per a specialty fabric requested like suede or leather, all our blankets are now hand washable. Genty hose or rinse with cold water. A mild soapy water is fine if needed. Do not Wring out or twist when wet. Lay flat to dry with fringe laid straight.
3. For items not hand washable, They will be marked dry clean only on a removable ticket.
4. For the ironable parts of your item, be sure to keep all sources of heat including dryers and steamers AWAY from any fringe or the shiny parts on your shirt or blanket. Heat will ruin the fringe and or shiny materials!
5. Horses LOVE to eat fringe...so watch your ponies closely!!
