All designs and decorations are designed, constructed and manufactured by FlynBy2Fast.
Duplication of our designs is strictly prohibited.
Sizes for saddle blankets are manufactured based on the purchasers request or
description. FlynBy2Fast is NOT RESPONSIBLE for faulty size discrepancies made by
the purchaser.
Shirts made by FlynBy2Fast can be fully constructed on site including the shirt itself, and
"decorated" to suit the purchaser, or an already manufactured shirt by a reputable
manufacturer will be selected and "decorated" by our seamstresses. This selection is
usually decided based on material availability by the manufacturer or fabric suppliers.
Sizes for shirts are manufactured based on the purchasers request or description. We have
"standard" patterns based on universal size measurements followed by our seamstresses.
Otherwise, an already manufactured shirt, in the size stated by the purchaser will be
supplied. FlynBy2Fast is NOT RESPONSIBLE for faulty size discrepancies made by the
purchaser.
We will do our best to provide to the purchaser a duplicate copy of a selected design
based on photo representation, or based on verbal or written description. Designs, fabric
colors, patterns and materials may be "substituted" at the discrepancy of FlynBy2Fast
based on material availability by the fabric or decor manufacture. We will do our best to
adhere to a particular "scheme" including style, colors and decor, but DO NOT
GUARANTEE AVAILABILITY. Therefore, we will try our best to have "substitutions"
that will fit into a "generalized" scheme.
Once a purchase has been made, FlynBy2Fast will try to produce and ship the ordered
product or products within a timely manor. Delivery of the product or products is NOT
guaranteed within any set time frame. We use USPS for all of our shipping, and the
purchaser will be provided with a delivery conformation number IF REQUESTED by the
purchaser. Once the item/items have been shipped, the product or products are no longer
the responsibility of FlynBy2Fast. Any problems with the post office will then become the
responsibility of the purchaser and the post office, and FlynBy2Fast is no longer liable for
the replacement or delivery of the product or products. Therefore, we HIGHLY
recommend purchasing insurance and delivery conformation available at the USPS.
Due to the fact that items are hand-made, time of labor cannot be compensated within
any refund situation, therefore all orders are NON-REFUNDABLE…NO EXCEPTIONS.
